On Friday I received a package in the mail from a new office products supplier. Inside the package were these fun items…
I know, I’m easy. The package was addressed to ME though, and the items within the box were for ME! I love surprises and you really need a surprise once in awhile around that office or you might go blind from boredom!
I told one of the Engineers, “See, I got a present in the mail from my Sugar Daddy. He sent me all kinds of fun office supplies.” Of course I was kidding and I thought I was funny (I often make this mistake) and the Engineer looked at me and said, “I don’t care about that.” He didn’t laugh… He just looked uncomfortable and rigid as if I had told him some dark secret about an extramarital affair that he didn’t want to know about, and then walked away!
Anyhow, it was supposed to be funny. Get it? A round pregnant chick having a Sugar Daddy? Ha, ha, ha! A very happily married mother of 3 having an extra marital affair? Ha, ha, ha! Um, HELLO? A round pregnant happily married mother of three getting a box of fucking paper clips and permanent markers from her Sugar Daddy? Ha.
Ok, I’m not funny.

Oh, I laughed! Engineers are renowned for their lack of humour!
And I have to say, I LLLOOOVVVE stationery. Anyone who wants a key to my heart just has to send me some post-it note, markers, notebooks, and other wonderful supplies!!
No, no, you’re definitely funny. It’s because he was an engineer. They have weird, weird senses of humor. (I can relate, both my brother and father are engineers.)
