One down…
I started this quilt a few days ago and finally finished. I discovered how much practice I need to make these. I decided not to make them too fancy because then I won’t ba able to price them affordably. Which ultimately means people won’t buy them. The cost of fabrics is more expensive than I thought too.
It turned out pretty cute though! I’m happy with it, and Bella doesn’t want to part with it. I didn’t make hers or Noah’s yet because I didn’t order enough fabric to finish them and am waiting for more. So, here’s my first quilt of 2007…

Cute Jungle Animal Quilt: $25
The adorable girl wrapped inside the cute quilt: NOT for sale!

Very cute! I’ve thought about making things for sale, but the amount of time and energy that I have to put into things like quilts and bags make it so that I really just want to give them to people I love instead. Let me know how it goes.
Yes, I was thinking that too. If I had more than 2 friends to give them to I’d probably not make a dime!
Of course, I’d rather have the friends than the dimes.
This is so cute, I wish I could sew! I have never tried and I don’t know if I have the patience to learn and the “talent”.
Are you going to sale it on ebay?
That looks great. Wish I was crafty like that!
very cute
I love it! (and the girl’s pretty cute, too
Have you, or are you going to, set up an Etsy store?
After I get a few more under my belt and get at least 5 to list, I’ll proably put them on Etsy. Ebay is kind of expensive. I’ll probably brag and advertise when I do open that etsy store, so I’ll keep y’all posted!
Sissi! I taught myself how to do it and it is super fun and easy. If I can do it, anyone can!
