It’s so bittersweet looking back on old photos. Could he have been a prettier baby? That’s only one of the reasons I want another baby– when you are this good at something, why stop? I’m kidding, really. But seriously. My old man makes some pretty babies!

I haven’t started making quilts yet. Probably because I’m too busy having a love affair with all the scrumptious fabrics out there. I just ordered $75 worth of Minky & Chenille. Only 6 yards of it, at that. I think I have lost my mind. But…

I bought the minky in the first picture– I got red and pink. Both I will use for the backing of Bella and Noah’s new quilts (that I haven’t sewn yet– still cutting squares). I want the fabrics in the next two pictures. I want to make a toddler quilt with the chenille, seersucker, and minky fabrics. Soooo pretty!
