NameBrands4Home (aka- Name Brands for Your Home) Lies Continues…

Check this out! The seller decided to report me to eBay for breaking some rules with my blog post on our ordeal. I noticed she was visiting my site obsessively, searching “NameBrands4Home” (or recently called Name Brands for your Home) 3 or 4 times a day. I guess that whole “freedom of speech” thing must bother her and she doesn’t like her business name showing up in Google searches to my site.

Well, my friend. I did take your name off my post. That was inappropriate and I apologize. But apparently I can leave your eBay store/business name and won’t be breaking any eBay guidelines. So Google THAT, Sweetie.

Better yet… We could quit this nonsense and you can cut me a PayPal check for $43. How’s that for a solution? See how resonable I am?

I have this quote from you that is continuously ringing in my ears…

However, due to the fact that there was a mistake made possibly resulting in the loss, I am going to reimburse you the whole amount although I will only get $100 from the claim.”

Do what’s right. And I will too.

LOL Steph. I’d say you’re being very reasonable.

Sissi, she found my site by googling her business name. At first I saw (in StatCounter) that someone from Ohio kept searching my site for NameBrands4Home. Then I remembered that she was from Ohio. Then StatCounter told me that this person from Ohio sent the link to that post to someone using hotmail and when that person visited, it locked their IP. A few hours later, I had nasty comments from this same IP, so I knew she had sent my link to her friend who was leaving nasty comments. I deleted her comments and my reactions to those comments because they were counter-productive. But she recently told eBay that I was slandering her and harrassing her. Truth is the only communication I’ve had with her was through correspondence through PayPal or eBay during mediation. Not sure where the “harrassment” is coming from. I’d consider her sending her friends to my site to leave nasty comments to be the real harrassment.

I’ll just be glad when it’s done. At this point I’m not sure I even care about the money. Obviously she needs it more than I do. Maybe she can use that money to see a doctor about her hatefulness.

I’d say what I think of her but my mum said not to say that bad word.

The most defensive folks are the guilty ones. She is an idiot. I am sorry you’ve gotten to the point where the money doesn’t matter. I don’t think she really needed it, she just didn’t realize that stealing from you might hurt her business. Whoops.
