I'm rooting for you here (I'm preggers again too and it was fun to be pregnant at the same time as you last go-round!). Remember that some cramping can be normal from uterine stretching or hormone secretion from the spot on your ovary where the egg came from (called the corpus luteum cyst). One generalization is that cramping that seems to come and go is likely normal - that hormone secretion I mentioned should happen (and may cause cramping) about four times per day, just some women feel it more than others. I would agree the breast tenderness is a good sign.
