The waiting game…

Did I jinx myself ALREADY!?

I cut off my caffeine intake as my friend Jenny suggested in the comments yesterday. I’ve been eating healthy. I’ve been completely stress free.

But today I am cramping a bit and haven’t had a lick off nausea. But my boobs are killing me. That’s good, right?

Ugghhh. The waiting game…

Hugs and prayers.

Would it help to know I’m trying to cross my ears for you too? ;)

I’m sure it’s next to impossible not to analyze every possible sign or symptom - just try to hold tight to all those relaxed, out-of-my-hands type of thoughts you relayed in your last post! I’m rooting for you here (I’m preggers again too and it was fun to be pregnant at the same time as you last go-round!). Remember that some cramping can be normal from uterine stretching or hormone secretion from the spot on your ovary where the egg came from (called the corpus luteum cyst). One generalization is that cramping that seems to come and go is likely normal - that hormone secretion I mentioned should happen (and may cause cramping) about four times per day, just some women feel it more than others. I would agree the breast tenderness is a good sign.

Thanks jbg! I am feeling nauseated again today and less crampy.

Congrats on the pregnancy! That’s so great you two are giving her a little sibling! Best wishes and thanks for the comment. I wish someone would have told me those things with my other pregnancies. Maybe I would have worried less. ;-)

Hang in there!
