I am really looking forward to getting out in the garden this year. It's been too long for me. First I was VERY pregnant, then I had a little one. Now that Hunter is older and loves being outside, I am really looking forward to getting my flower gardens cleaned out and situated again. I also have some evergreen trees to plant this spring. I love planting trees. For me they hold special memories: the weeping cherry was planted the first year I moved into the house - it was the first tree I planted. The fruit trees were planted the year we got married, the twisted lavendar redbud and the wisteria were planted the year we had Hunter. Plus, if you noticed, all the trees are flowering at some point. It's so refreshing when they start to come back to life after the long winter. You should plant a tree this year, Steph. I originally was to have the D&E today, but asked them to do it sooner...It was very hard on my body...taking a couple days to recover. But now I can focus on healing emotionally...I just feel so numb, I don't know how else to describe it. I will continue to keep you in my prayers. BTW I love the new chairs and the princess bed!
