Bissell Doesn’t Love Me

Bissell visited yesterday to read my review, but they didn’t reply via e-mail. I’m sure those Big Dogs have bigger fish to fry than worrying about Lil’ Ol’ Stepherz. Poor, poor Stepherz…

Why is it that customer service isn’t important anymore? Where I come from, you want your customers to be happy so that they return, so that word-of-mouth is positive, and so that they are wowed by your attentiveness. Companies just got too big to care, didn’t they? Such a shame…
