I’m sorry, Y’all.
I’ve been gone for a month with no word. That seems so weird. One day rolled into a week and then quickly into a month.
There are a few things that contributed to my bloggy break, though it’s taken me a little bit to piece it together. First it was a few nasty comments left by readers, particularly ones where people hid their identities or threatened to sue me. Then it was the decision to omit pictures of the kids, which was intended to keep my family more anonymous and safe, but also meant my muse was gone. But life also distracted me– the Children’s Museum, financial worries, Christmas, sick kids, crabby kids, kids who make massive messes, blah, blah, blah.
I adore you, your friendships, and the positive that comes out of having a blog. I think it’s good for me to write about things and to get feedback from you. So please forgive my absence, I’m going to make a real effort to get back into the swing again. Thank you for being patient with me!

I hate that someone has threatened you. I have seen nothing that was offensive in your blog except the truth. You are just so open and honest. I also understand why you don’t post pictures of your kids but they are just beautiful children and I will miss seeing them and thier cuteness. Just glad you are back. You are one of my favorites. Life can be so hectic with little ones.
I agree with another commentor. Take your time. Just say hello when you feel like it. Sometimes I just don’t have the time either and think well if nothing else I can write for myself and if no one comes, they just don’t come.
