He loves me…
“… This is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice, we will rejoice…”
Bella has been singing all of these awesome little songs she learned at the Methodist School she went to during my bedrest, the same songs I learned when I went to Cornerstone Christian School. I had forgotten all about the songs until I heard her singing them and then, suddenly, all of the words popped back into my head and Bella and I sang like two church canaries on Sunday morning. Awesome. Who knew your child could give you back a piece of your childhood through theirs?
I asked Bella today, “What do you know about Jesus?” She replied, “He loves me.” Indeed He does, Little One.
Today we woke up from naps and cuddled on the couch for awhile.
I told the babies, “You know how I know God loves me?”
“How, Momma?”
“He gave me all of you…”
