A radio station? Call Clark Howard or e-mail him from his site and he will publicize this nationally. They know they are in the wrong or they would not have made that offer. You are on the right track- don't give up. Call the BBB back and tell them about the crummy offer. They will notate it in their record. Just keep annoying them until you get what you want. The dollar ampunt is probably too much for small claims court but might be worth checking into. You can represent yourself in small claims. Good luck. Pulling for you!!
